# Cloche > Cloche is where an app built with an AI agent gets a real, shareable link. The > person who built it chooses who can open it, everyone who opens it sees the > same list unless the app keeps each person's own, and it can never cost more > than they set. You connect once from Claude, > ChatGPT or Cursor, and signing in happens in your browser. ## Connect - [The connector address](https://mcp.cloche.dev/mcp): add this in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. - [The Cloche plugin](https://github.com/cloche-it/plugin): the connector plus a skill, for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Grok Bot. - The tools publish, check status, set access, save and resume work, list and delete apps. Sign in to list them. - Signing in is OAuth. The client you connect from starts it and the person finishes it in their browser. - Access is not open to everyone yet. Someone new may be asked to join the Cloche waitlist when they sign in, and an agent cannot approve that for them. ## Before you build anything - [The contract](https://cloche.dev/agent-setup/prompt.md): it connects you and states what Cloche will accept, in full and always current. - [Agent instructions](https://cloche.dev/AGENTS.md): the same facts for an agent that has only the hostname, with sign-in in [auth.md](https://cloche.dev/auth.md) and the machine card at [server-card.json](https://cloche.dev/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json). - Do not hand-roll what Cloche already owns. The contract is specific about what that covers, and an app that implements its own will conflict with the platform. ## What an app is here - One self-contained client-side page: HTML, CSS and JavaScript, plain text. No server code, no build step. - Data goes through `window.cloche.data`. The platform scopes every row to the person looking at it, so an app never adds its own owner column. - An app that stores anything declares its collections in the same call that publishes it. - A published app gets its own address under `cloche.cloud`. ## What the person who published it controls - Who opens it: invite people by name to look or to make changes, share a link that opens without a signup, make it public, or keep it to themselves. - Every version they have shared is kept, and putting an earlier one back takes a click. - A limit on what their apps can cost. An app nobody is using costs nothing. ## Home - [Cloche](https://cloche.dev/): the front page, with the questions people ask. - [Business](https://cloche.dev/business/): Cloche for companies. The apps people across a company already build in ChatGPT and Claude, turned into software the whole organization can open, with one place to say who gets each one. - [Pricing](https://cloche.dev/pricing/): what it costs. Publishing is free, viewers are unlimited on every plan, and the paid plans are per app rather than per person. The plans are listed below. - [Docs](https://cloche.dev/docs/): how to add Cloche to your AI and what to ask it. - [Compare](https://cloche.dev/vs/): Cloche beside the tools people already build apps in, with a source for every claim. - [Sign in](https://auth.cloche.dev/auth/login) - [Privacy](https://cloche.dev/privacy/): what Cloche keeps, why, and for how long. ## Pricing Unlimited viewers on every plan. Pay for the apps you run, not the people who use them. - Free, $0 forever: 3 live apps, 1 creator, publish directly from Claude or ChatGPT, a shareable link with built-in access, version history. - Team, $29 a month: 10 live apps, unlimited creators, rollback to any version, data export, remove the Cloche bubble, priority support. - Enterprise, Custom pricing: custom live app limits, enterprise SSO, roles and admin controls, audit logs, security review and DPA, bring your own storage. Where both pages ask the same question, the front page's answer is the one here. - What is Cloche? Cloche is where the apps your team builds with AI go to work. Publish apps from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI tools, then share, discover, and manage them in one place. - Do I build apps in Cloche? No. Keep building in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or the AI tool you already use. Cloche connects to your AI workflow and publishes the app so it can live independently. - Can anyone use an app I publish? You decide. Share it with a link, give access to specific people, or keep it private. People can use the app without needing the AI tool it was built with. - Does everyone need a Cloche account? Not necessarily. Public and link-shared apps can open directly. For restricted apps, you can require people to sign in so you control exactly who has access. - What happens to each user’s data? By default, everyone who can open an app sees the same lists, like a shared sign-up sheet. A list can also be private, so each person invited by email sees only their own entries. Data an app shows from another tool follows each person’s access in that tool. The app owner or organization decides who can open the app. - Can we see and reuse what other employees have built? Yes. Cloche gives your organization one place to discover the apps people have published, see who created them, and reuse what’s already there instead of starting from scratch. - Can someone improve an app another person built? Yes. Apps can be shared, adapted, and built on without losing the original. Versions are preserved, so you can always see what changed or return to an earlier version. - Which AI tools does Cloche work with? Cloche is designed to work with the tools people already build in, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others. Connect Cloche to your preferred AI tool and publish from there. - Can someone open what I made if they don’t use Claude? Yes. What you made gets its own link, and that link opens like any other: on a phone, in a message, in an email. Whoever you send it to needs nothing but the link. - Do the people I share with need to sign up? No. A shared link opens straight away, with nothing to install and no account to make. If you’d rather invite people by name, you can. Then only they can open it, and you choose which of them can also change it. - How do I stop one person seeing another person’s data? You don’t have to do anything. Thirty people can open the same form and each one sees only what they put in. Nobody sees anybody else’s. - What if a change makes it worse? Put the old one back. Every version you have shared is kept, and going back to it takes a click. - Do I have to build it in Cloche? No. You build wherever you already do: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, somewhere else. Cloche is where what you built goes to live, and you can open it again from any of them later. - What does it cost to keep an app running? You set a limit, and your apps can never cost more than it. An app nobody is using costs nothing at all.
