What’s a live tool?
Anything someone other than the creator can open or run: apps, skills, commands, agents. Private drafts and tools you’ve turned off don’t count.
Do viewers need a seat?
No. Unlimited viewers on every plan, and nobody needs an AI subscription to open a tool.
Do I build in Cloche?
No. Build in whatever AI you already use. Cloche is where what you built runs, gets shared, and has an owner.
Who can open a tool?
You choose: specific people, your company, or a link. On Business, company tools require sign-in by default.
Whose data does each person see?
Data from tools like Drive or Salesforce follows each person’s existing access permissions.
What if the creator leaves?
On Business, ownership moves to someone else and the tool keeps working.
What about AI or compute costs?
Your plan includes hosting for your live tools. Additional usage costs, if applicable, are shown separately.
